About Recreation Classes at Building Blocks

The Loma Prieta Community Foundation hosts limited afterschool programs in the Building Blocks yard.  These programs are generally run by outside companies that use the BB yard to offer their programs.  You can register for each program through each company, not through LPCF or Building Blocks.   Your child does not need to be part of BB to take part in the afterschool programs, the age range of programs varies from preschoolers through elementary school kids.

Tumbling Tutors Gymnastic Classes

Tumbling Tutors is a traveling gymnastics company that has been operating out of Santa Cruz for over 15 years.  Teacher Barry now offers classes after school in the Building Blocks yard as a program of the Loma Prieta Community Foundation.

Thursdays at 10am - starting June 22, probably running through Aug 10

Age Range: preschoolers thru ~ age 10 **
To Register:  SHOW UP when you want to tumble - summers are drop-in!

**Classes max out at about 10-12 students.  We have not done this summer session before so we don’t yet know how many people will be interested - if there is a lot of interest from different aged kids, classes may be split into a younger class at 10am and an older class at 10:50am.  We will post here if we are planning to split classes.

Classes are $16 each on a drop-in basis, or $60 for a set of 4 classes.  Payment by cash, check, or credit card at the first class.
